MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

TRACY MIDULLA is the Founder and Director of Tempus Projects. She serves on the Steering Committee of Artspace Tampa Initiative, a group of leaders and artists who have engaged Artspace Projects, Inc., the nation's leading nonprofit developer of affordable live/work space for artists and arts organizations, to help build an Artspace facility in Tampa. Tracy is a former faculty professor at Hillsborough Community College, where she managed the student art gallery MAZE, and has taught at the University of Tampa and St. Petersburg College. She received a BFA in Printmaking and Sculpture from the Atlanta College of Art and an MFA from Florida State University.

TAMMY HARMAN-SIEBEL has been an arts advocate for much of her life, volunteering at the Tampa Museum of Art while in college and then working for the Arts Council of Hillsborough County as an Administrative Assistant and later as an Arts-In-Education Coordinator. She enjoys logistics management and has both volunteered time and been employed by nonprofits that have used her talents in special events organization over the years. She received a BA in Religious Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration with an emphasis on Non-Profit Management at USF. Tammy is currently working as a Certified Vision Therapist where she works with children and adults struggling to use their eyes as a properly functioning team and helps them to rebuild their visual systems. She and her husband Kevin are long-time residents of Seminole Heights and enjoy living amongst the community of great independent businesses, neighbors and friends. In addition to serving on the Tempus Projects Board, Tammy also currently volunteers for Meals-On-Wheels and the Heights Citizens Bicycle Brigade delivering food and goods during the Pandemic.

For almost three decades, SEAN O’BRIEN has been involved in the Florida music scene. He's held every job imaginable, including runner, stage manager, tour booker, tour manager, festival booker, promoter, record producer, and more. He is the Co-Founder of Brokenmold Entertainment, Antiwarpt Music Festival, Plan B Block Party, Gasparilla Music Festival, Bronze Age Buttons, Reel Deal Thursdays, and many other music-based experiences. With his new company, Mnemosyne Presents, Sean is now looking to create special, one-of-a-kind events that people will remember for the rest of their lives. Sean wants to focus not only on music, but also food, art, drama, and anything else that inspires and ignites the human mind.

AMANDA POSS is the Gallery Director for Hillsborough Community College (HCC), managing three unique spaces across the Dale Mabry and Ybor City Campuses. In addition to curating and programming, in her role as Gallery Director she also oversees grants, public art initiatives and the college's growing Permanent Art Collection. Amanda received her MA in Art History from the University of South Florida in 2015 specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art, and a BA from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2011. 

KEVIN TYDLASKA-DZIEDZIC has spent most of his life discovering ways to make a significant impact in the world. As a former foster child, a child of a failed adoption, and a proud member of the LGBTQ community, Kevin draws from the experiences in his life to help propel those around him. Kevin has spent years volunteering for organizations that fight for equality and focus on lifting up the underserved. Kevin received his BFA from the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design and is Co-Founder and CEO of BKN Creative, a Creative and Marketing agency based in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida. Recently awarded the 2020 TBBJ Business of Pride award, Top 10 Under 40 for Tampa Magazine, and a 2021 Stevie Award for Marketing Entrepreneur of the Year, it is Kevin’s goal to continuously be a leader that pushes boundaries, always leading from love. Kevin enjoys traveling the world and experiencing different cultures, art, and food. It is his goal to always explore the world outside of what is familiar. Kevin lives in V.M. Ybor with his husband and business partner, Brandon Tydlaska-Dziezic and their two fur babies, Mardy and Kay.

JESSICA TODD is the Development Coordinator for Tempus Projects and the Owner/Director of Parachute Gallery, a neighbor of Tempus Projects in the Ybor City Kress building. She is a writer, curator, artist, and arts administrator who is passionate about building the creative infrastructures that support artists and arts organizations, as well as studying and addressing issues of equity, access, and inclusion in the arts. Prior to moving to Tampa in 2020, she was the Residency Manager at the Rauschenberg Residency in Captiva, FL for six years. She holds a BA in Metal Art & Technology from Penn State University and an MFA in Jewelry/Metals from Kent State University.

ANN-ELIZA MUSOKE TAYLOR is an attorney with the Yates Law Firm in Tampa, Florida, where she specialized in trusts and estates. Ann-Eliza is the current Co-Chair of the Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts in addition to serving as Co-Founder and Board Member of Philanthropic Young Tampa Bay and Board Member of arts group Experimental Skeleton. Her professional and community affiliations include the following organizations: Hillsborough County Bar Association, Hillsborough County Young Lawyers Division, The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. Ann-Eliza received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and a B.A. from the University of South Florida.

DANA WARNER is the Development Director at the Carrollwood Cultural Center in Tampa, FL. Previously, Dana worked at Hillsborough County Public Schools for 20 years; 7 years as Supervisor for K-12 Art Education and 13 years as a high school art teacher specializing in sculpture and photography. Prior to working for the school district, Dana was the Assistant Curator of Education at the Polk Museum of Art in Lakeland, FL, and Curator of Education at the Florida Gulf Coast Art Center in Belleair Beach, FL. Dana earned a master’s degree in Art Education, and bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of South Florida.

IAN FOE is a multimedia specialist, splitting most of his time between photography and videography. Focused on documentary work, he is photographing much of the development across Florida from a helicopter or small plane. When not in the air, he is documenting events and exhibitions in galleries across the Tampa Bay area. For over a decade, he worked as a preparator for the University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum and has continued to work on contract installations for other institutions and individuals throughout Tampa. Ian received his BA in Media Production and Documentary from Flagler College.

DAMIEN McKINNEY is an attorney at The McKinney Law Group whose principal practice is marital and family law. He is also a current board member of Leadership Tampa Bay and The Centre Club. Damien is a novice printmaker and focuses his philanthropic work on the arts in the greater Tampa Bay Area. He received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and his B.A. in psychology from Florida State University.

NOEL SMITH is a visual arts curator, literary translator, and retired arts administrator. She spent 27 years at University of South Florida’s (USF) Institute for Research in Art, starting as a graduate assistant at Graphicstudio and ending as Deputy Director of the Contemporary Art Museum, with roles encompassing artist collaborations and exhibition curation, outreach and education, grant writing, publications/marketing, and administration. As Curator of Latin American and Caribbean Art for the Institute, her primary area of research has been contemporary Cuban and Caribbean art. A translator of many literary and critical texts, Noel’s translation of Tampa: Impressions of an Emigrant by Wenceslao Gálvez, written in 1897 in Ybor City, was published in 2020 by University Press of Florida. She is currently collaborating with Cuban artists and writers on Silent Specific, a public sculpture project sited virtually in Havana and accompanied by texts by Orlando Hernández. Noel has a BA in Humanities from St. Leo University and an MA in Art History from USF.

SAM NEWTON is the Marketing & Exhibitions Coordinator at Tempus Projects. She manages social media and assists with organizing and installing exhibitions. Sam is an artist and active member in the artist cooperative space, QUAID Gallery, located next door to Tempus Projects in the Ybor City Kress building. She has shown her work throughout the country and has served as an art instructor at the Tampa Museum of Art. She received her BFA from the University of South Florida.

HECTOR HERNANDEZ is currently a student at USF working toward a Bachelor of Art in Studio Art. He previously attended Hillsborough Community College and plans to study at Florence University of the Arts. Hector's practice currently involves ink drawings, digital photographs, and polaroid photographs. Hector is passionate about the LGBTQ+ community, sustainable development, equality, and his hometown of Tampa (born and raised!). Hector is motivated and determined to learn as much as he can during his internship at Tempus Projects.
